United States of Struggle: Police Murder in America

This is an 8 1/2" x 11" hard cover, full color book with poems and graphics that describe and depict police murder of Black people and the 21st century protest movement for change. Gerald Lenoir has been writing poems about police brutality since the early 1980s. He writes that it's "an intractable problem tied to a dominant narrative that devalues and degrades the humanity of Black people and to structures that perpetuate inequality and white supremacy.  Through all forms of communications and media, we must tell our story and rewrite our history."
